Terms of Service

Thank you for booking your event with Aurora Grace Beauty. Please refer to the following Terms of Service for all transactions and event bookings.

Payment – Deposit and Balance 

A $80 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is due after consultation upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable even if the event is cancelled within 30 days prior to the date. Any outstanding balance of the total agreed upon must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the event date.


Any location over a 10-mile radius of my home will be charged an additional travel fee. Client will be responsible for hotel and parking. Valet/Parking fees must be paid in cash upon arrival for services.

Cancellation Policy

Client will be responsible for all cancellations once the service schedule is set and the contract is signed. Client is responsible for the outstanding balance as stated on the contract to be paid immediately upon news of cancellation. If the event cancels or postpones more than 30 days prior to the event date there is no cancellation charge. 

If the artist has to cancel for any reason, you will be given the option of a qualified replacement artist for your event or to receive a complete refund of the contracted price including the deposit.
